i did a combination walk/jog this morning. Heavy on the walk and light on the jog :) In the mist. I wonder if you use extra calories wiping your glasses.

Today I did an hour of Y!F. I also walked around a lot because I went shopping :D that has to burn some calories, right?

I spent over 7 hours in a car today! UGH! So I did do back and bi's and some hoppin' boppin' cardio-ish stuff for about 55 minutes. Better than nothing.

I did NOTHING today AND yesterday :faint: I am running tomorrow no matter what the weather!!

I headed out to walk. I coulda handled the cold and I coulda handled the snow but the wind blew me right back in. So it was 40 minutes of Susan's boogying around the house with the mp3 player on instead.

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of TaeBo, today I did an hour of DDR. I haven't been working out (I hurt my knee) but I tested it yesterday and it was fine. Hope I'm not hurting too much tomorrow morning!

We almost fell off page one! I wanted to say that I biked today. Outside! I had on a jacket, mitts and a toque, but I went!

The weatherman lied to me this morning. The wind speed is certainly more than 3 kms/hr. Brrr ... but I went. It was nice and sunny.

Some people came to look at our house this evening. We'd planned to have dinner in town to escape. My husband couldn't get off work in time to join me, so I drove in, parked, walked some more and then did a crossword with a coffee (and a small muffin) in the donut shop!

I've been for my bike ride and I have a date at 11 am with my TV, chest, triceps and weights!

Too windy, nixed the bike ride. Instead I did aerobics in front of the TV.

Feedback needed
Hey everybody,
I signed up for a three month membership at the park district in my town. This is my second week there and I visit three times a week. I usually stay about 45 minutes doing treadmill, stairmaster, and I'm not sure what you call this other machine but you sit in it and it makes you do some sort of crunch forward you push with your upper chest... also get on this machine that has you going from side-to-side turn. I want to tone my upper arms and of course I have that tummy issue going on... Should I check out some of the other machines? The assistant their tried to get me on that ab cruncher thing I asked her to suggest something that's easier.. lol I know that was wrong.. lol... hey I want to have fun too :) I'm turning 40 in August and I want to get toned and in a regular exercise regimen.. sometimes the gym can be a little intimidating... Okay give me feedback... Thanks Scar ;) |
Is there an April thread yet? I'm thinking about a biking goal. Must look further.
