  • What is the best form of exercise for weight loss? Just lately I have been running an increasing amount, but it hasnt made me loose weight, just maintain my current weight.

    Could variations like skipping, running, swimming increaase my weight loss?
  • It really depends on your body and what you are used to doing. You need to change your routine every once in a while, or your body will just adapt. I do a dance dvd, and it's helped me a lot!
  • You need to have a combination of cardio and strength training.

    In regards to running, perhaps you need to kick up your intensity level. Push yourself hard for 2 minutes then slow it down a little. Then push yourself hard again. Keep going in intervals like that. You should start to see some results.
  • Variety IS the spice of life. So keep it varied by changing the workouts, the intensity, the type of exercise...

    Loopy you said: "Just lately I have been running..." Your word "lately" makes me think that you haven't been running for long. Be persistand and patient, eventually the weight will come off...
