18 days into this.. and I have inches lost!

  • I am not measuring myself but every 28 days (so I'm early) but I felt smaller.. my *skinny* jeans are fitting better.. and lo and behold-- I have lost 4.25 inches total in my bust, hips, thigh and upper arm! That goodness for The FIRM! While I am cursing out the 14" step doing those damn lunges I guess it is working!

    Total breakdown so far:

    Bust: lost 1.25"
    Waist: stayed same (boo hiss.. but actually, it is always the last to get smaller because it isn't my major improvement area at 36")
    Hip: lost 1"
    Thigh: lost 1.5"!
    Upper arm: lost 0.5"

    I have mini goals.. and of course I want to make them realistic. What is the normal trend for inches lost? eg. what have others lost say, in a month time??

    lookitskim, you are doing fantastic! I notice your starting and finishing weights are similar to mine.. How tall are you? How have you been doing it?
