Default Allover workout DVD....

My vcr died!!! I know I need to upgrade. I think I am going to get one of those VCR/DVD combo's since most of my exercise tapes are for VCR. I can upgrade some of the ones I like to DVD because they are from Gaiam and I get their catalog and the DVD versions are in it, but my favorite tape that I LOVE is an oldie...Cosmo's Tonetics. It is an allover workout that I love and have been doing on weekends when the Slim-n-tone is closed or if I get home to late to get to the gym. Any favorites with the allover workout that anyone can recommend?

I have a Kathy Smith, lift weights to lose weight. all over o make it hweight lifting based on what you can do, you need 3 sets of weights, 3.5 and 8, you can add 10 too make it harder. Men use heavier weights,

You can get a combo, but know that Video tapes are on the way out, anything you get new should be DVD...

I would also suggest Karen Voigt's Burn and Firm. It is interval circuit training -- five minutes cardio alternating with five minutes strength training for 45 minutes.

My thoughts were to get the dvd/vcr combo but anything new will be on DVD. Since the Tonetics vhs is old (down to the legwarmers and leotards that the girls wear) and it is one of my favs..I am looking for a allover workout to replace it in dvd format.

The Biggest Loser has a workout DVD out there that seems to be getting a good response. We have a thread under the Exercise forum for everyone to log in their exercise when they do the DVD. Everyone on there LOVES the DVD. The DVD has several workouts to choose from consisting of: a low intensity cardio (which still makes me sweat), a high intensity cardio, strength training and toning, and a Boot Camp, along with warm-ups and cool downs. Personally, I love the program. The moves are simple, so people like me (with very little coordination) can keep up, but it is still very challenging.

Another one I'd throw in is Denise Austin's Personal Training System--which offers multiple cardio and toning segments at different intensities so you can work your way up.
