I have a question. I have recently started walking on my treadmill, the only thing is it's a manual treamill.Which means I'm doing all the work, which is ok. But i can only go 15 minutes at a time because my legs start cramping really bad. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has this problem now. What can i do to prevent my legs from cramping. My goal is to add 5 minutes a day and gradually work my way up.
I really think it's harder walking on a manual treadmill than an electric one.
