...and then I'm gonna run 10 thousand more.
I have finally figured out a way to get myself to excersize... train for a 10k race! It's exactly 4 months from today. yAy!
The thing is, I am a non-excersizer at the moment, nope don't even use the treadmill sitting in the tv room

. But just the thought of finishing a TEN K race gets me so excited! I can't even run 5 min continuously at the moment. But don't worry I'm doing a guided-group 13 week program starting in january, and I'm gonna start walking/running in a couple days by myself.. This is so cool! Has anyone here done one before? Any tips/stories?
