Hi! I just got a book called "Escape Your Shape" by Edward Jackowski and was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with his program (good or bad). The only reason I bought the book was because I read an exerpt about the four different body shapes (hourglass, spoon, cone, ruler) and everything about the hourglass described my body to a tee. I figured if he was right on so far, maybe his workout suggestions would work for me.
If anyone has tried using the methods described in the book please tell me about it so I know if it is worth giving a try or if I should just stick with my current workout (40 minutes elliptical trainer, 4x a week).
