I would think that if it has sugar in it it may, sugar makes me retain water...

like Ilene said, if it has sugar, or sodium it will.
I make my own iced green tea...and it certainly doesn't make me retain water
If its something like the starbucks ice green tea, you might want to check out their website and the nutritional information about the drink.
