Tuesday checkin
Wow! reading all your emails on the 9k's 5k's you guys do, you are really an inspiration. I did Cathe's IMAX 1 yesterday but am catching a cold. :( Am going to try and do her bootcamp tonight after work if I feel okay. Food intake is still bad, need to really work on that. Motivation just isn't there, and I don't know why. :?:

today i lifted weights for 20 minutes, did 5 minutes of abs, and ran 2 miles on the treadmill in just under 21 minutes.

FishWoman, wow you must have been going a good clip on the treadmill to do 2 miles under 21 mins!! Congrats!!
This morning I did chest and shoulders, then 2 miles on the dreadmill... this afternoon I met with the gals and ran 8K, it's been a good exercise day! |

I"m from Georgetown.... OK, monday didn't exercise at all ppl came over and stayed the night messed me up completely. Today, I'm gonna try for strength training and walking will let you know how it goes... |

Wednesday -- gym for back and biceps, 150,000 laps (well that's how it felt :D )

Okay. I am new at this whole accountability thing. And I am struggling. But I am here to admit that I didn't run or workout today or yesterday. I am gonna run first thing in the morning though. Thanks for keeping me real. ;)

Thursday I ran for the first time in POURING rain, I mean POURING, for 25 minutes, I feel wonderful... So if anyone has some cheap excuse like "I don't wanna go to a warm, dry gym" Gimme a break, for today anyways :lol:... Later :wave:

Thursday- 15mins of lower body and 15mins of yoga

Wednesday I ran outside for 3 miles (33 minutes).
Thursday I lifted weights for 15 minutes and then did 30 minutes on the elliptical. |
Friday -- 45 minutes weight training, some core stuff on legs, abs, and triceps... then 30 mins on the treadmill 2.5 miles... then 10 minutes on the bike to cool down...

Was gone this weekend and monday but got in 150mins of walking in Yipeeee...

No workout Monday, went home with a killer headache. Will try a Timesaver video tonight.

Sorry I haven't been up on my posts. But I did run 1 mile yesterday and I did a short 30 min walk at lunch today. Keep up the good work ya'll!! ;)

Today (wednesday) I ran 4 miles on the treadmill (42 minutes and 23 seconds).

Wednesday -- Great back workout, 5k run 36 mins, swimming....

wed=45mins walking dog at the new park. There were armadillos so we chased them. So, I felt really great after that walk/run...
Thursday so far- 15mins of aeorbics 10mins of walking in place |

:lol: Ilene, it sure does count in my book! I get at least as sweaty hauling the vac between 3 floors!
Got up and went to the gym this moring (DH too :) ) Did a full body workout :strong: as I'd missed legs during the week. Then 30 minutes :tread: Did I mention I felt like a noodle when I finished? :rofl: It's a good feeling though. |
:) Ooooooh the pumkin smillies are back :lol: AND tthe dancing banana is now a carrot :carrot: ... Doesn't take much to excite me now does it? :lol:
