Default You'll never guess what I did!

I put CNN on the TV, jumped on the treadmill, and just RAN for 1/2 hour. I went 2.5 miles! Before I even KNEW it, and I wasn't even DEAD!!!

It felt really good, and that was AFTER I did 20 minutes on the stair-climber.

I guess my "day off" did me some good! My NEW GOAL is to run 5K by Halloween. It's only a little over 1/2 mile away, and I KNOW I can do it.

I'm proud of myself.

Thats awesome! Congratulations!!!!

I do that to. Well kind of... I put an exercise DVD in the game machine (it plays dvds) and do the exercise from that while I watch whatever is on tv at the same time. It seems to make the time go by a lot faster! And in turn... I go further and get more done! I love how that works lol.

Congrats to you!!
