
Today is abs and cardio again. I'm gonna have to do upper abs because my lower abs ache wonderful!
Foods be fairly good this week up until Pizza Delights buffet last night!

I just do basic crunches on the floor, bench or stability ball... This week when I got so sore is when I did abs with the barbell on my knees and rolled it back and forth... But that's basically it...
