i do pilates about 3 times a week, should i eat before or after i do pilates and also does it matter when i do my ab exercise, can it before i go to bed or should i do it in the morning?

I really don't think it matters when you exercise as long as you do.... I've never done pilates but I hear it's very similar to yoga and when you do yoga you shouldn't eat for at least 2 hours before, because you are doing so many bending and twisting moves. Eating a meal combo of protein and carbs afterwards is a very good idea...

I bought the month of August ''Oxygen'' mag and it has a very neat ''7 step living room workout'' on page 80... Check it out, maybe that's a step in the right direction...
