Well it's now April and I am ready to take some serious steps in moving forward.
When I lost those 10 pounds and 26 inches I was just counting calories, exercising on a daily basis, and pushing water.
So here's the plan:
I'm going back to that and I'd love people to join me! I know my biggest motivation is having others doing it with me. So don't be afraid to post a reply.
Set some goals - it's never too late!

My goal for this week:
Exercise 10 more minutes than the day before. (including 10 more crunches every night)
Drink more water.
Get motivated!!!

I've been doing so well lately, but today I am totally off track. I got caught up in making jewelry this morning, and before I knew it, it was afternoon and I hadn't eaten or exercised. I ended up snacking like mad all afternoon and evening. I think today is just going to be chalked up as a loss, unfortunately, but I'll take that kick for tomorrow
