    i had a bleep test last night in college now since i havn't done anything at all since really september and put on over 30lbs since i was supprised to get just short of level 10 but still not where i should be i'm aiming to get up to at least 14

    proggressive fitness test 20m shuttle runs with a beep to let you know when to start the beeps get faster as you go up

    I managed to level 4, boyf can do level 7 if he pushes himself. I don't push myself hard enough cos I generally don't see the point!
