Last night I was talking with one of my online friends and she said she had been using an exercise ball, I am curious, what are the benefits of using one of these? And what exactly do you do with it?
Also, I'm thinking of purchasing some hand weights, just small ones to start with! Would 3 pound weights do me good for awhile??
