Default The Unexcercises

Add to the list:

1. Shopping for hours
2. Visit a new city and walk around the touristy part of town
3. Take your kids to the zoo or a big aquarium (if you prefer indoors)
4. At your party, play limbo and conga
5. Go dancing (personally I won't)
6. Take a dance class with your spouse/sig other
7. Play twister with your kids, friends, or at a party
8. Spend the day learning something new: archery, fire a gun (I won't) at the shooting range, etc.
9. Play frisbee at the park
10. Go camping. Hike the woods, etc.
11. Fish on a deep sea trip (stand and fish the big guys). My husband caught a shark!
12. Go river tubing (minus the alcohol, etc), water skiing, winter sports
13. Go to an amusement/water park
14. In the fall visit corn mazes and walk for hours trying to solve it
15. Play putt putt golf. You are out and about.
16. Go bowling.
17. Garden (I won't)
18. Dance Pad for Game stations (yes, I love competing with someone especially since I'm so lousy).
19. Go to a county craft fair
20. Rearrange the furniture in your house. Sounds like a chore but in the right mood it can be fun.
21. SWING at the park.
