Hey girls... I hope you're all having a happy and healthy day today! :D It's day 9 of my Get Healthy kick and I'm really feeling better. Not so sluggish. Tummy's feeling tighter. Skin's looking clearer (must be all that water I've been drinking!). The insomnia continues but as I'm adjusting to the meds, I've been getting a few more hrs of sleep a night. Still feeling wonky during the night though... had to wake DH up to help me to the bathroom around 4am this morning (was certain I would have fallen over otherwise! :dizzy: ). Ah well. I'm sure it'll get better each and every day. I hope so, anyway.
I haven't walked in a few days... but will tonight when hubby gets home from work. I have been doing my ab work outs and some upperbody weight training though so I haven't totally abandoned my exercising. :) Not sure if I've lost any weight, I guess I'll find out on Monday at my TOPS meeting. ------------------------------------------- Cathy: Congrats on the loss of 5lbs! That's awesome! WTG! :D Abirdee: 2miles yesterday, 3 today! That rocks! Keep up the great work! And in no time, you'll reach your goal! :) Mrs. Beasley: You're doing fabulously with all your exercising! I know what it's like to go from one extreme to the other (either exercising all the time or eating all the time) -- it's difficult at best. Good luck with your weight-loss journey! Michele: Sounds like you had a great work-out in your pool! Fabulous! I've been thinking about joining aqua-arobics myself but then I start to cringe at the mere thought of myself in a bathing suit. :o Oh dear. Anyway, keep up the good work! :) Sunny: Yup, unfortunately I'm still not sleeping well... even with my exercising. Not really sure what's up with that. I thought I'd be sleeping better too, once I got exercising. But no such luck. Any suggestions? <--- I'm willing to try just about anything... even standing on my head, if it were to work! ;) Kristi: Keep up the good work, girl! You're so busy, but always find time for exercise... that rocks! Just how do you manage? To everyone else, I hope you're all keeping well! :) Have a great day, girls! ~mel |
Hey hey girls!!!
Cathy!! I'm gonna see about changing my meds to phentermine for 2 months or so then back on meridia I'm not sure yet though I want to see what the doctor says!! I haven't lost a single lb this month and maybe I'm just in a plateau after a 30 lb loss but who knows. I hope it doesnt last too long!! Well I'm off to spend the day in the pool!!!!! Michelle |
Hi!
So far today I've done 2mi. on the tm and 5mi. on the bike. Also got in a 2mi. watp. July totals: 13mi. walked, 29mi. on the bike. Cathy --- way to go on finally getting that scale to go down-- keep it up. Michelle --- don't you just hate it when the scale just seems to stop moving -- don't get discouraged. macdeez -- way to go on 9 days of living healthy! abirdee -- sounds like you've been having a good month -- it's very encouraging for the rest of us -- thanks. Hope everyone else is doing well also. I may try to get a few miles more walked tonight -- we'll see. Have a good night all! :D --- Vickie --- |
http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/..._nsmail7H2.jpg *MICHELLE RAE* Do the flowers look like this? Then they are lilies and they are beautiful!!! Bet that your yard is beautiful too if you have these blooming. This is a picture of my SIL lilies --- aren't they beautiful!? Sorry to be brief tonight - just feeling very tired... I went to Curves this morning and got in 2.25 Miles when I got home. *KRISTI* How your house coming along? We haven't heard from you today :?: We are suppose to be getting our roof done the 28th of July (weather pending). I am looking forward to the new roof, but not to them doing it --- I am concerned about the care of my gardens... with the old roof coming down :o :bravo: Ladies! :bravo: You are all doing such a great job with your plans & workouts! I am gonna call it a night... See you tomorrow sometime :) {{{Hugs}}} :sunny: SunnyD <>< http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_2_118.gifApRiL MiLeS: 41.0 MaY MiLeS: 48.25 JuNe MiLeS: 20.75 JuLy MiLeS: 31.25 http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/imag...es/workout.gifJuLy CuRvEs: 4 Times *~*~*~*~*~*~* |
Hey girlies!!
Sunny - Yep my flowers look just like those but a brilliant shade of orange!! I have some purple flowers blooming and they kind of look like they are on a stalk but I don't know what they are lol!! We keep our lawn neat and trim so I'm pleased even if we don't have flowers but next year hubby and I are going to build brick flowerbeds along the walk way and driveway it should be very nice :) Vickie way to go on the exercise!! You are doing awesome!! Yes I am frustrated with the scale and sometimes I think it is broken lol!! It always stays the same no matter if I have clothes on or not or if I just drank a gallon of water lol perhaps it is broken who knows I'll just tough it out a bit :) I spent 4 hours in the pool today and I am sooo exhausted now so I'm off to bed early!! Have a wonderful evening everyone :) Michelle |
Michelle,
you know you have lost 30 lbs and that is a lot of weight to lose. I would think that your body is having to adjust to the weightloss. I know meridia is MUCH more expensive then the phentermine, but if you have insurance paying for it, that may not matter. Someone on the yahoo thyroid group told me that their doc has them taking phentermine 5 days on and 2 days off, so that she does not get use to it. If you feel like you are getting use to the meridia, you might ask your doc if perhaps that would work with the meridia. But please don't get discouraged! You have lost a lot of weight and are doing great! I'm sure your body is just trying to catch up with everything. hugs, cathy |
Oh my gosh!!! My posts yesterday wouldn't go through. I don't know if it was my server or what so bear with me girls I'm going to go one post at a time and reply, because I don't want to miss a thing.....Abirdee, Adding weights is a terrific idea. There's really no need to worry about "bulking up". It takes heavy weights and alot of determination to make big muscles. I'd suggest light weights (3 - 10 #) 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 12 repititons. Good luck! Muscle burns way more calories than fat.........Brenda, That a girl, always remember your worth it..............Sunny, Right back at you girlfriend. I would not have the legs to stand on that I do on this mission without all of you. God is so good, He's so good to me..................Michelle, It's great to hear from you. The remodeling is a lot of fun. My SIL keeps telling me how we could've done it cheeper ourselves yada yada, but for me it's easier to hire it one. Me and hubby just get done what needs to be done lol. Your basement sounds awesome. Are those the type of windows where they dig out part of your lawn so you actually have lrg windows that let in a lot of light. I love those. Hope all goes well for you. 30# down!! You'll keep going down. Just hang in there. We're here cheering you on!!............Mrs. Beasly, You hang in there too girl. You've lost 43 POUNDS!!!!! That's so totally awesome. If you journal check and see what's maybe going on that your eating and exercising differently thatn in the past. If you don't journal I totally suggest you start. Many times it's been my window to my mistakes and the jolt I've needed to get back on track. You'll figure it out and everything will click again. Don't despair. Chin up feet forward ( preferably one right after the other lol ). Great job getting all those miles in. Me thinks you're doing a-ok!!...........Cathy, Yeah!! 5 # gone. YGG!!.............Mel, Good luck at your TOPS meeting. I'm sorry to hear you're taking something that makes you wonky. It must be very unsettling. Thanks for the cudos..it's taken a long time, but I'm willing now to carve out some time most days when I just tell everyone bye bye. I'm going now. You're on your own for an hr. It works. ( most days lol )..........to be continued :)

Good Morning Gang!
I did a 30 minute 2 mile WATP this morning but I didn't use any handweights because my left shoulder is killing me. I must have slept on it wrong. It's heck getting old. July Miles = 20 Strength = 2 hugs, cathy |
I'm back, Sunny, The guys are doing a great job. All the insulation is hung and the windows are all just about wrapped. It looks so much better allready. We had our roof done last spring and my flowers got squashed :( , but they all came back this yr :) good luck. Great job getting your curves and walking in............As for me no exercise yesterday, but very active and very hungry. My body has been totally wanting more food this week. I've given in, but with the understanding what I eat still needs to be healthy and I was pleasantly surprised that I'm still at 133# even though I've literally eaten hundreds more cals every day this week. I want to share something with any of you that suffer from pains in your joints. A few weeks back I read a book called "Super Foods" It was written by a Dr. etc... if you want more info I'll share it Anyway, of course one of the foods he encouraged you to eat 3 - 4 times / wk was seafood, especially salmon. For 2 wks in a row I ate one 14.5 oz can of the canned stuff over 4 different meals (the book had said the omega 3's really help keep joints well lubricated) and by the 2nd week I noticed my knee only bothered a tiny bit and only if I ran and it was not waking me up in the night at all. Same went for my achey brachey hips that normally wake me every night. Ok, long story shorter. I've eaten no salmon this wk and last night I hardly slept all three areas just ached something fierce. So, for me it's back to salmon. That's my tip for the day!!! Yippe!!! I get to pich up DD from Bible camp today. our 50 chix and 1 rooster arrived in the mail this morning. The children are so excited. The chickies are so cute. They're just busy all the time. Loads of fun to watch, but yes, we plan to eat 30 of them. The other 20 are layers. mmmm fresh eggies. Good thing cholesterol doesn't scare me lol Loads of ball this week and even more next due to tournaments, but then we're free. Thankfully! I'm starting to worry my butts gonna have those little bleacher lines on it forever. "bleacher butt" hmmmm there's a thought. I feel goofy today lol I hope you do too. Planning 2 miles Have a great weekend ladies!!

Good Morning ladies,
I did not walk yesterday, but I did do 30 minutes of step aerobics!!! Since my 1 month anniversary is on 07/21 I will start using weights like Mrs. Lovnmom suggested.. I hope you all have a wonderful day, and a blessed one! |

Mornin' girls! I hope you're all off to a happy and healthy start today! :goodvibes And that you're all on your way to meeting your daily goals! :)
Me? Well. Hmmm. Haven't eaten breakast yet... but I've only been up for an hr so after this post I shall waddle my way into the kitchen and wrestle me up some grub! Didn't manage to get my walk in lastnight -- hubby and I finished watching "Monster" (amazingly twisted movie!) and then it was off to bed. I did find time to get all my other exercising in though. Tonight, we'll walk. For sure. I'm feeling a little stressed out (work issues! ) so I could really use a nice brisk get-those-endorphins-going walk! I'd do so this afternoon but DH forgot to remove the stroller from the back of the truck. Argh. Not doing strength-training today... just going to get that nice hr. long walk in and eat sensibly. Food and beverages are great... I'm staying around the 1000cal. mark and haven't had anything to drink besides water for the last week. I'm adjusting to the meds now... got my second night of decent sleep so that's good. 'bout dang time! Anyways, I gotta go get some breakfast in me, but take care, ladies! Good luck today! :D :D :D ~mel |
No time right now gals... Abirdee, I haven't done step aerobics in over a yr. that sounds like fun. Have to think about squeezing that in again one of these days..............Mel, It sounds like you're off and running...........DD came home yesterday. She was so excited about the change in the house and the arrival of the baby chicks. I'm dog sitting for my SIL "baby". It's a peakashoo or something like that. A little lap dog anyway. It's so spoiled it drives me crazy. Well, he wasn't spoiled last night. There was a feral cat around again yesterday so I left Budger and my dog Reggie in the feed mill with the new chicks to keep them safe. That dog was all dusty and just as happy as could be when I went out there this morning. I think it felt great to him to finally live like a DOG. lol Well, life's back to normal with oldest child home again. The littler ones are whiny lol It's funny how when just 1 child, any 1, goes away the other 3 get along great!! I wish someone would figure out what the dynamics behind that is. Anyway, I have no idea what type of exercise I'm going to do today. Walk or ride bike? I'll post later when I know!! HAve a terrific weekend!!

Good Afternoon Gang!
I cleaned house for more than 4 hours this morning, so I'm gonna have to count that as my exercise for today. My little feet can't do another thing. ;) hope everybody has a great weekend! hugs, cathy |
Good evening everyone!
I walked 2mi. on the tm tonight. July totals: 15mi. walking and 29 miles biking. Hope you are all having a good weekend. |
Good Morning Gang!
I went for a 2 mile walk this morning before getting ready for church. July Miles = 22 Strength = 2 hugs, cathy |
Hi Cathy and Mrs. Beasley, Looks like you 2 did way better than me. I ended up doing no actual exercise yesterday. I did clean my pool and my house though so, as long as I accomplished something. right? I skipped church today and them turned around and had a fight with my mom, so I need to get going and making this a better day. DH built a chix coop for our new babies and he and the children painted it this morning. Now it's my turn to get busy and make them all brkfst. Planning 3 miles today.

Kristi - I hope your day gets better girly!! I know its hard when you have an argument with someone you love but you know we're here for you :) :grouphug:
Cathy - I never exercise on days that I do excessive cleaning or yard work!! I don't want to totally exhaust myself :) You are doing so great!!! Vickie - You too girly as always so inspiring!! Sunny - I hope you are having a beautiful weekend with your DH!!! You certainly deserve it :) As for me hubby and I are taking the girls to the park for a walk today and we're gonna feed the ducks!! I hope to get some great pics :) I'll post them if I do!! Well I'm off to put the girls down for a nap so they are ready for the park :) TTYL!! Michelle |
Ended up doing 2 walking miles on the trail and then 3 bike miles. Both were a really good time. When I walked my 7 y/o DD and 4 y/o DS were both on their bikes. We walked to the park and played with some other children. We even walked up the street and got a pop. What a treat for us all. I allow so little soda any more. My bike ride was with my 7 y/o. She always makes a bike ride so much more fun. She stopped and ate raspberries (what few the deer had left lol ) and we picked wild flowers all the way home. When I made her boquet for her I counted 21 different types of flowers!!! It's just amazing on the bike trail this time of year. I swear every year there are more varieties. There were at least 10 other types we didn't pick, because they were too far off the trail to get. She just loves them. So, I never broke much of a sweat, but I believe God intended for us to exercise with children. I rarely smile when I exercise alone (until I'm done lol) and I never stop to "smell the flowers" forbid my heart rate might go down lol. So, I'm changing my numbers and hoping you stopped to enjoy your world today as well. Happy Sunday!

Hey girls!!!
I wanted to post the pics of my family at the park unfortunately I was the photographer so there are no pics of me lol, which is fine cuz I was all sweaty from walking in the humid park lol!! So yesterday I had a 40 minute walk in the park and 45 minutes of mowing the lawn with the push mower. So I did get some exercise in :) Have a great day girls!!! |
The New Chick
Good Morning :coffee: ,
How was everyone's weekend? Mine was very productive, I worked out everyday this weekend. I have my one month weigh in on 07/21/04, and so I'm really pumped. I have a question for anyone, some days I step on the scale and it will give me one weight, and other days another weight. Can anyone explain the reason why? Also, I can see a change in my body but the scale is not showing that. Help me understand! :gossip: |
Hey girls! I hope you all had a happy, healthy weekend! :D I did ok... stayed on track except for a few bites of hubby's chocolate cake. Mmm! It was worth having to exercise more for! :p Went for a couple of long walks on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon... the weather had cooled down to a comfortable warmth and I could have walked forever if we didn't have to get DD home to bed. We also hit the beach on Sunday and for the first time in..... um.... eleven years I wore a bathing suit without caring who was looking at me. So I paddled around for a couple hours in the lake... it was so refreshing. Again I could have stayed forever... had the rain clouds not rolled in. Ack.
Tonight is WI and I'm hoping for some change in numbers... but am a little nervous that there won't be. Hubby says he can already see a difference "as there's not as much to hold onto". Amazingly enough I took that more as a compliment than an insult. All else is good. Food has been great (again with exception to the small sampling of choc. cake). Water has been great too. Still feeling great, I'm just worried that the scale won't show any difference in weight. Wish me luck tonight, girls! I hope you all had as good a weekend as I did! Keep up the good work, ladies! Type you all later! ~mel PS/ Michelle your pics are great! Looks like you all had a wonderful time at the park! :) |
Good day ladies,.............Cathy, as always you're rockin' girl..............Michelle, What a beautiful family you have. Great job getting in all that exercise as well.............Abirdee, My suggestion would be to weigh at the same time wearing the same thing every time. Our water weight fluctuates tremendously throughout the day. As an example, I get up, use the rest room, get dressed, and then weigh myself. If have even 2 cups of coffee (no food at all) I can go in and weigh even 2# more like only a half hr after weighing the first time. So, you'll never catch this girl on the scale anyway but empty 1st thing in the morn. Good luck on the 21st.............. Mel, great job staying OP this weekend. I'm sure your numbers will show good results for you you've been working very hard. Do you do your measurments at all. Sometimes with exercise you notice smaller numbers on the tape measure when you don't quite see them on the scale yet. Anyway, good luck!!.............I had a really busy morn running my children to so many activities, but did have an hr when I could leave 2 of them at ball and the other 2 at the library. So I got to slip onto the trail and get in 3 miles. I'm so glad, because there really be no more time today for me!!!! Have a good one ladies

Didn't walk today but spent an hour or so in the pool swimming. Feel tired but it's a good tired. I hope that when swim lessons are done I will have the motovation to get back to walking on the treadmill. We are just starting week 3 of a 6 week program.

http://www.ecardgallery.com/ecards/f...evtldu08/1.gif Good Morning Gals! Hope you all had a great weekend... ours was busy as usual. I took some time off from scheduled exercise over the weekend, but got right back into the swing of things yesterday. I walked 2 Miles yesterday and 2 Miles today and went to Curves this morning. Saturday morning we met our friends for breakfast; then went grocery shopping... my goodness the $$ I spend now that my hubby come with me! He adds things to the shopping cart all the time  But he's not nearly as bad as my girlfriends hubby! She ends up spending at least $50 - $60 more when he shops with her  Then when we got home we had allot of little things to get done in the yard and around the house while we had a chance in between the raindrops... On Sunday we went to church and then out to breakfast with our friends (it's tough but someone's gotta do it ;) ); then when I got home I made up a Fruit Salad to bring to a Birthday Bar-B-Q that afternoon. We had such a nice evening I hated to leave... And yesterday --- laundry day. Need I say more... ... I cannot believe what two people can put out in laundry! But we both workout everyday... so there ya are :D :bravo: to all you gals and your exercise!!! Everyone is doing so well - you should all be so proud of your efforts! :cp: :cheer:  *~*~* *MICHELLE RAE* I just love, love, love your pictures! You have a very beautiful family and they all looked like they were having such a nice time in the park. Thanks so much for sharing them with us --- I just love pictures. *CATHY* I think 4 hours of cleaning should be included in your exercise program... *whew* I was tired just thinking of all the cleaning you did... And you are doing wonderful in keeping your exercise routine going :cp: *KRISTI* How are you doing? Is everything okay with you and mom? Sounds like you had your hands full this weekend with the new chicken coup... how many little chicks do you have? My nephew has a coup and we love it when he lets a few of the eggs hatch... they are adorable! And your day with your children --- how beautiful! The joy they bring into your life --- keep that in mind each time someone (mother ;) ) tries to steal your joy away from you. *ABIRDEE* That happens to me more then you know!!! If I don't drink enough water or get enough sleep I will hold water and it will show on the scale. Also, if I introduce a new workout and the muscles have to adjust I see it on the scale... so I have to keep that in mind when I notice a pound or two (sometimes up to 4!) in a day! That's why I only weigh in once a week (usually on Tuesday's) and won't change my graph till I am sure... I'd be going up & down all the time :dizzy: So until I go down and stay there for a bit I leave it be and just keep on working out --- it's gotta show up sometime... right :?: I remember the last time I complained that the scale wasn't moving and just kept working out --- then one day (after several weeks!) I saw 4 lbs. come off and that was with muscles toning, I was happy. So that's what I hold on to now as I don't see changes on the scale, but I do in my shape and in clothing, not to mention how much better I feel. Hang in there girl!!! It will come off  *MEL* So good to hear that you are staying OP... my girlfriend and I were just chatting this morning about how tough summers are with our programs --- grad parties, Bar-B-Q get-together's, Weddings... it ain't easy! We don't know what's worse... summer or holiday's  Both! It is a continuous effort... ... How did your weigh-in go Mel?? Are you okay? *JANINE* Great job on your swimming --- it is so good for you. *VICKI* Thumbs up on those miles you are walking, not to mention the great job on that biking!! Hope that the rest of you are staying OP and feeling well... *Thinking of you* *LYNNE* *SHEILA* *LAURIE* *BRENDA* *KCWRITER* & *JOJO* *~*~* Time for me to get back to chores... catch you all later :) :sunny: SunnyD <>< http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_2_118.gifApRiL MiLeS: 41.0 MaY MiLeS: 48.25 JuNe MiLeS: 20.75 JuLy MiLeS: 37.25 http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/imag...es/workout.gifJuLy CuRvEs: 6 Times *~*~*~*~*~*~* |
Janine, Cathy, and Mrs. B Keep up the great work!!...............Sunny, Wow! You had a great weekend. All the time spent with friends sounds so lovely. I was just complaing to Charlotte that I need to carve some fun time out for me and the hubby, but the kids ballgames are just taking up too much time. I hate to admit it, but I don't care to watch another game for awhile lol We have 53 little chicks. They are so much fun to watch. They're just busy all the time. 30 of them will only be around for about 2 mths (if you know what I mean), but the rest hopefully will provide us with fresh eggs for some time to come. As for me and my mom, I know I don't handle things right and that I need to focus on the positive that she's done for me, but.......I need to pray much harder and find a way to let it go. Sometimes I think I have it all under control and past all of it and then the anger and dissapointment creeps back into my life little by little. I guess in that the key words are "under control" I need to quit controlling my emotions and let them GO!! Thanks so much for listening. I appreciate it so. Great job on your exercising. I hope your having a wonderful day!............Sheila, A huge congrats on the loss WTG girl....what kind of TM did you buy? (when my DH put mine together I ended up leaving the room lol) Send your niece a big cheer form me as well. Go team go! I would love to meet your walking buddy. It sounds as though she could teach me a thing or two. Oh, as for the chicks.......I like them best grilled with a little lime juice spritzed on top lol lol lol. You're doing awesome girl. I'll look forward to your next post.............As for me busy busy with ball this week. All 3 children are involved in 3 different tourneys this week. Wed, Thur, and Fri Thankfully the season is done then other than a fun day in Aug. I'm planning an UB w/o today and some miles on the trail. I should walk or I won't make my July goal, but I feel like riding bike. As for my goals drum roll please....I've lost the 3 pounds I wanted to this month. I know 3# isn't much in a mth but I'm aiming low these days. Just trying to make it to the finish line. Thanks for all your support. I'll post my miles later.
Kristi |
I just started today and wanted to know if I could join the walking group. Exercise is my biggest obstacle right now. I don't know why just lazy I guess. I really need to do it though :)
Thought I would stop in and say HI! I would love to get motivated with you guys! Take care Wendy |
Swam yet again today. As typical I am tired but it's that good tired like I did something good for me! :cp: I think I may reward myself today and get a pizza for supper. DH & DS #1 are still at camp so it's just DS #2 and myself and I don't feel like cooking. I wanted to get the grass cut but it is raining yet again. I have no idea when I will get the chance to cut it. It is getting so long and if I could get out to cut it I would rack up some walking steps!

Good evening ladies,
I hope everyone had a wonderful day! First of all I just wanted to say thank you to SunnyD and Shelia for your advice, but just because the scale doesn't show the numbers going down, my clothes do. I really didn't know sleep played such a big role, I think that may be my problem. Guess I just have to start going to bed ealier and not try and stay up to watch the "Golden Girls"!!!!!!! ScoobieSue-We are glad to have you, I just started myself a month ago. Tell us a little something about yourself (age, married, kids, etc.)..... |

A little Disappointed
Shelia, I need some your enthusiasm to rub off on me today.
I am a little disappointed today. :( It has been 2 months since I have taken my measurements. And decided to take measurements over the weekend and have gained 2 inches in my calves. I lost an inch all over except for my calves and thighs. I thought when you added weights that you lost inches faster. I also have not lost any weight but have maintained the same weight for 3 weeks. I am stuck at 197. What is going on? On Monday, I started exercising in the morning before work (thanks Sunny & Cathy on this suggestion) instead of at night. I am sleeping much better. Hopefully this will hellp. Just kind of got discouraged after taking measurements and got off track and really didn't workout or eat like I should. I walked 1 mile on Sat. and did not exercise at all on Sun. or yesterday. I walked 2 miles on this morning and plan on doing 1 mile when I get home from work. I guess I will try to increase the cardio. Congratulations :cp: Abirdee. Way to Go!!! Hi  Cathy, Sunny and to all the other ladies. Hope you are having a blessed day so far. Well time for me to get back to work! |
Brenda, this is for you:
"Stick to it" Stick to your task till it sticks to you; Beginners are many, but enders are few Honor, power, place and praise Will always come to the one who stays. Stick to you tasks till it sticks to you; Bend at it, sweat at it, smile at it too; For out of the bend and the sweat and the smile Will come life's victories, after a while I read this somewhere and thought that it may help you. Don't give up no matter what because remember you are worth it......."If you think you are beaten, you are; If you think you dare not then you don't; If you'd like to win, but think you can't It's almost certain, you wont"....... I hope you have a blessed day! |
