Hi,

I am new to this forum and I would like to find out if anyone really likes Hi-Lo, Step and Weight Lifting. I really love to workout. All of my working out is done at home in my fitness room. Just would like to know who is out there. Please post and let me know. Can't wait to hear.

Are you on the Firm ya ya's board? I thought I recognized your screen name (I'm a U2 fan also!) I mainly post on video fitness, though as sherry7899. Welcome!!!

I can't do step (kills my knees, though maybe when I lose 40 more pounds-I've lost 55 so far-I'll try again). I do like hi-lo like Christi Taylor, the Method dance workouts, Petra Kolber (Breathe) , Leisa Hart, Tamilee Webb, tae bo, leslie sansone, bellydance, just started with janis saffell, I like tracy york/michelle dozois, etc, the list goes on...I just received the Core Secrets workouts in the mail, and am waiting for the Hollywood Trainers set I ordered. I also love yoga-especially yoga zones and sara invanhoe.
