It's been so long since I've been in the gym. Once I go I'll be lost!! (Nah!!) James and I used to go everyday after work and it felt good. Working 12hrs. wears you down, and working out actually helped us unwind.. and we slept better. I used to have co-workers thinking we were crazy

to workout after work... but hey... what ever works!!
I'm really looking forward to it. I think we're starting it back up next week???? Not sure....
I've been doing squats here at home. And I feel bruised all over... but I'm keeping with it. Need to have nice legs for my day! And everyday after!!!!

Been drinking 80oz. or more of water everyday too. I didn't think I'd ever be drinking that much water all the time but I do. And I feel better when I do.
Ok.. I need to go get some groceries... you take care
