hi -- i heard some students in my class talking about and doing a monday, wed, friday workout thing that was many pages long in a PDF form with the exercises you can do at home starting on page 20.
do you know what this is? if not, what at home exercise programs do you recommned? have you heard of DDPYoga? is that good?
This sounds a lot like BBG,the program created by Kayla Itsines. It's available in app form, as well as in the pdf. Both are available to purchase online. It's a great program, but can be a bit pricey.

Sounds like BBG by Kayla Itsines to me. It's a good programme, but I personally feel working out to the PDF lacks a little motivation. You can find it at her website, she also has her own app Sweat with Kayla as well.
