I never did yoga, I do a cardio workout. But yoga is very good for health and fitness.

I do it sometimes now I prefer more to do https://betterme.world/articles/wall...uscles-worked/. I kinda bored of yoga and decided for myself to have a bubble butt lol. At that article read about how can I do it effective. So have to say that so far so good tho
