Default Arm extension machine is hurting my elbows- what am I doing wrong?

Pretty much exactly what it says in the title. I tried adjusting the seat height, but it didn't seem to help. It didn't happen at a lower weight, but at the lower weight I wasn't feeling like I was putting in enough effort to get anything out of it. Do you guys know if I'm using the machine wrong, my elbows just aren't great, or the weight is too high?

There are some machines that just don't fit no matter how you adjust them. I have never found a preacher curl machine that fit without torquing my elbow weird. Triceps are a pretty easy one to do with freeweights, I would just skip the machines for that and google some tricep extension or tricep press and go with that instead.

Thanks! I think that's what I'll do.
