Losing but not where I want it!

  • Hi all! First post and excited to be here!

Roughly 6 months ago I cut out beef, chicken and pork from my diet. I am however still eating fish.

I've been eating clean for the past month. I'm losing the weight, just not where I want it. I have a stubborn tummy that won't disappear. My weight is dropping from my thighs and my butt. This isn't going to work for me

I'm working my way up on resistance training on a stationary bike trying to get back my thighs and butt. Any other suggestions?
  • Unfortunately there's really no way for us to control where we lose fat from. But belly stores in particular are sometimes associated with chronically elevated cortisol.

Some ideas for lowering cortisol include getting a good night's sleep, cutting caffeine, using stress relief strategies or supplements (eg. meditating, rhodiola, etc.)

As always, be safe, experiment with what works for you, and have fun.
