Day 41 150.2 lbs
Gah! So close to being under 150!!! Haven't made a good BM in a few days, I attribute it to that too! Crazy how I shed more than 4 lbs water weight though. It's valentines tomorrow so....probably won't eat well let alone work out....AGAIN. bah! I work hard and play hard...too hard! I would like to be under 150 before Cancun.......ideally. Anyways, we did T-25 speed 2.0, and I did a 20 minute pushup/pullup HIIT workout. Burned 300 calories Total net intake 1065. |
Day 42 149.8 lbs
FINALLY broke under 150! That won't last long as it was Valentines! We had a few drinks and snacked a bunch while off roading. We did exercise.......well climb a mountain. A ridiculously dangerous mountain! It was about a 45 degree angle for that last half.....So we made it up and down safely! I called in sick.....thought we would go out, but I only had four hours of sleep so I crashed after eating and showering...but of course I woke up after an hour and didn't fall asleep till 4 haha. What mids will do to you! So I'm not sure how many calories there were involved.......... |
Day 43 152.2lbs
Well definitely sore from that hike! Even though I've been working out my lower quads are super sore! Didn't exercise today, so I ate up to 1300. Not horrible........2 days till CANCUN! |

Well BACK from Cancun! A few pounds heavier.....
We did have a good time...ate and drank like crazy so go figure a weight gain. This morning the scale said 153 and by the end of the day it was 160!! I am retaining water like a champ....not to mention I have been a little backed up for a few days.....and that isn't good considering how much I have eaten. I think I am going to make a doctors apt for the gastroenterologist, can't hurt I guess other than spending 40 bucks on a copay. Seriously getting sick of these bowel issues. |
No exercise yet. Finally back to eating somewhat healthy, but I have been so miserable from being bloated it is ridiculous! I don't get why...taken a few laxitives...still coming up short of cleaning out..tmi I know. On top of it I have been SO gassy again, tmi, but to the point where my tummy is so bloated I look prego. It is super super super annoying.
So I am guessing a bit more than usual, but around 1450 calories. |
ok so the lazy bug has bitten me, I admit. I did feel a lot better after waking up today....though as I slept I woke up a few times feeling the bloat pangs. Didn't work out, ate about 1750. We are going to his moms tomorrow so we plan on starting the workouts on Monday again.

Needless to say we have been slaaaacking! We did do a workout on Monday, but that's it since we have gotten back from vacation! Between parties and other events/laziness we have fallen off our bandwagon already! Boo! I start days next week, and the time changes..so hopefully we can get some mountain biking in!

Still haven't been working out. I did go for a four mile walk the other day. Now that I am working days again hopefully we can get back in the swing of things!
