i prefer at home I really like to work out when no one is at home, take my mat and chair, I don't need anything else for training and just enjoy the process, what are you doing good for your body I use this resource https://betterme.world/articles/chai...r-weight-loss/ for a lot of exercises and also several videos on YouTube

What a debate! Both home and gym workouts have their perks. Exercising at home is convenient, while the gym offers equipment and motivation. I've found success with a mix of both, tailoring workouts to my schedule and goals. The key is finding what works for you and staying consistent!
