Wink I was Exhausted for awhile from the heat and over gymmin it:

I finally recovered from our city's heat wave and got back on my favorite Stair master to ride once again. I must exercise daily. If I don't , its Not an addiction it's more like a health requirement for myself. I have always exercised since I was old enough to recall, and wise enough to know that I should. Thus the last week I had gained a few Lbs, but I had also been drinking tons of water with the heat wave. Today I finally had a few good productive bowel movements from all the water kicking in i suppose and the high fiber stuff I've been eating. My tummy is still a bit distended , but not quite as much after dropping 5 Lbs since yesterday when I weighed in the morning and last weighed myself at 4 pm this late afternoon. Now, I must get going to the gym for I just had rice for dinner and can feel a lump forming in my tummy. But I look forward to my smoothy when I get home after my sweaty workout. Exercising is A good thing. Do youy agree???
