Default Finally got a Polar FT4!!!

So I've been debating for months on whether to get this or not, since my weight has stalled at 175 (Uugh!!!) I decided to give it go, maybe the extra push when it comes to working out will help?

Just wondering, if I'm sticking to 1200-1400 calories, should I eat back the calories it says I burned on the HRM? or keep my calories the same and exercise? I'm eating comfortably at 1300 tbh, not hungry, not craving stuff unless it's sweet junk (which I'm not hungry for, just want it) I'm assuming as I exercise I will get hungrier, but how much should I eat back?

I'm expecting there to be some water retention, being hungry, but I also don't want to overestimate how much I lose and eat it back. If anyone has any advice, would love to hear it!

I really hope this HRM gives me the kick I need, I've been so utterly LAZY about exercising!
