Mine is currently this;
- 30 minutes treadmill (Walk 0.5 mile, run 1 mile, walk 0.5 mile, run 1 mile and walk the reminder to 30 minutes, usually 0.5-0.7miles)
- 15 minutes bike
- Resistance machines (leg press, independent lat pull-down, leg curl)
- Maybe 500m on the rower for a little extra.
