Seeing the number on the scale go down is great. I have noticed the number is hoovering around the same spot but I have dropped two sizes.
Once you build muscle you can burn more fat as well.
Strength/toning is a good workout than cardio because here you burn your fat. For weight loss I suggest Strength/toning because it is an intense exercise that works.
