Every day, and I record my weight every Saturday.
I have a bad habit of not getting on the scale enough ha.ha. Maybe because it's scary--but I will start getting on every morning because I agree with the others--that it helps to keep you in check.
I weigh myself every morning, but I only track my weight once a week, on Mondays.
