I was stuck for many months at a certain weight and no matter what I was doing or eating--I would look at that scale--and it wouldn't budge.
This morning I weighed myself and I finally broke through that barricade--
I couldn't believe it. Only 7-1/2 pounds to go! And when I get there--no matter what--I am going to continue to exercise-because-I sure don't want those 25 pounds back.Has anyone else experienced the weight plateau?
