I am about 50 lbs overweight and I am thinking of purchasing the Spartacus workout. I hope I won't injure myself ! I was wondering if anyone has tried the workout and can share their experience.
I've purchased the Spartacus workout along with the ab attack cd. I'll start off as you suggest with 3 days a week, cardio in between along with the ab attack cd. I can't wait to get the cds. Should be here by the weekend. thanks-a-bunch for posting!
I finally received my dvd's and found that the ab attack video (45 min) makes me sweat! I could barely move the day after I first tried the video as my entire body ached (in a good way). I will continue doing this one every other day and will update with results soon.
The ab attack video was actually an add-on to the original purchase of the Spartacus workout. Not sure why I haven't tried the Spartacus workout yet. Will do so today!
