I just finished W3D1 .. I have found a new love of running.I feel so powerful when I run! I am doing a foam fest/mud run Mid-June..I am hoping to be under 200 by then because I know my fat self won't look very hot covered in mud..I'd rather not look like a pig in the mud! ha
I tend to run every other day.. Do you guys think that is too much?

I use mapmyrungps app to log how far I run, My pace, and the route I take..it also tells me the elevation of the area I ran!

My legs didn't want to keep running. The first 8 minute of running went fine, but I stopped midway through the second one. I'm a bit disappointed but it's not the end of the world. I'll repeat it on Thursday. Maybe I'll try going after the kids are in bed so I don't have to use the stroller...
