Default Too much of a good thing?

Right now my workout schedule looks like this:

Day 1: Push muscle groups circuit training
Day 2: Pull muscle groups circuit training
Day 3: Cardio
Day 4: Push muscles
Day 5: Pull muscles
Day 6: Cardio (long run)
Day 7: Rest

So here's what I'm wondering...today is one of my cardio days. I already went for a 4 mile run but I'm tempted to take a spinning class at my gym tonight. Do I a) go spinning and get the extra calorie burn or b) Rest because rest is important too.
