Whos with me I started today because I'm anal and like to start in the beginning of the week day 1 and I was yelling at her the whole time it was hard and I only did level 1!
I'd love to do this with you guys. I have the DVD, and I have used it a lot, but I have never gone a straight 30 days. I'd like to see the difference it can make!
L1, D7 here! My goal is to complete 30DS in 30 consecutive days, at 10 days per level. I'll admit, I am getting bored with the current workout so I watched the next one earlier tonight. It looks intense but I can't wait to try it!
It's day 10 and I am DONE with level 1! I don't know if I've lost much weight yet but I am definitely starting to see more muscle tone. I can't wait to see where I am by the end of the month...
I just started today! I am using 5 pound weights. I was a bit surprised with how hard it was. I watched the video a few days ago and though it would be easy. Combiening more movements makes it a lot harder!
I haven't been consistent with my workouts lately and I've been putting off starting 30DS because I've been lazy. So I kicked myself in the rear today and started. I am still planning on adding additional workouts.
