Good Exercise DVDs?
Does anyone know of any good Exercise DVD's a 16 year old (myself) could use? That don't require you to buy anything extra (like stools and whatnot)? If so, please post a few here, I would be greatly appreciative :D

Pilates is great, the Pilates for Dummies is relatively cheap and a great beginners DVD. Walk Away the Pounds is a decent one, too. You can use canned foods or bottles of water for the weights if you want to. Tae Bo is good, but I think the risk of hyperextension and injury exists, so you really have to be careful. Those are the three so far that I've stuck with!

Yeah, I was thinking about Tae-Bo, seems like something i'd like (that wouldn't get boring), but i'll check out that Pilates thing too. My nutrition teacher was raving about it.
