I have this 10 minute ab workout at the end of my Jane Fonda's step aerobic tape and that workout is the best workout I've ever used. In fact I don't do the step portion anymore I just do the abs at the end of the video because I can really see the results. I'm currently doing the Spark program which is 10 minute sections of workouts throughout the day. I love it so far. It consists of 15 workouts throughout the week and a mixture of aerobic, toning and stretching. So far so good.
