A little bit of exercise can do wonders. I do crunches at night -- up to 200 with an abroller. Just the difference that has made has been incredible. I am so impressed.

I will resume walking and everything else in the spring but in the dead of winter, I am so unmotivated to exercise.

Anyone else do just one exercise that makes a big difference?

Hi spinsky,
I have this 10 minute ab workout at the end of my Jane Fonda's step aerobic tape and that workout is the best workout I've ever used. In fact I don't do the step portion anymore I just do the abs at the end of the video because I can really see the results. I'm currently doing the Spark program which is 10 minute sections of workouts throughout the day. I love it so far. It consists of 15 workouts throughout the week and a mixture of aerobic, toning and stretching. So far so good. What a great idea for a thread by the way!

spinsky,
There was an article in the April issue of Fitness magazine that told basically what the plan was about. I have the article still at home. If you have Acrobat reader I could scan them for you and email you the article if you are interested. Let me know if you want me to do this. I'm not sure if we still have the message board on here or not? Anyway just let me know on here and we'll arrange something. Also there is a book out there called The Spark and Amazon.com sells it as well as prevention book club. I think it's really interesting and is backed by a study done at a University in Virginia I believe. Okay well let me know.
