Hey everyone. I started 30DS the other day and I'm not sure if I should do it one day after another for 30 days straight or if I should take a break in between each day. I don't know if I'm supposed to work the same body parts 30 days in a row without a rest day. So any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys.
I've been taking breaks with it. I just started though - I've been doing a couple days of that, then a couple days of Biggest Loser yoga, and then back again. I did take a couple days rest because in the beginning 30DS killed my upper legs - it was to the point where it was hard to sit down or stand back up. lol thankfully that only lasted a couple days and I'm all right now.
