Suggestions for exercises with small dumbbells
I have been doing the C25K running program for three weeks. I'm ready to begin a little strength/weight training at home on my non-run days. I have some 5 lb dumbbells and prefer to do things that I can do at home. (Not really a "gym" person). I found a few suggestions online for beginning exercises.
Does anyone have suggestions for some beginning weight training? Any sites or programs that have helped you get started?
