I definitely agree with using heavier weights.

Also for me doing triceps kick backs (using 5 lbs dumbbells) and front and lateral raises (12 lbs dumbbells) has really help tone up my arms. Check out youtube to see how they are done (not sure if I can post links or not).

Eat a lot.

You will get those fat arms in no time, IF, your body decides to store the fat in your arms. If not, it'll store it around your stomach for quite some time before resorting to the arms.

Best options as far as I know is weight training. Some people think weight training your arms will directly take fat off of them but that's incorrect. Fat comes off all parts of the body regardless of what area is being trained.

Protein-containing food should definitely help. Ultimately some resort to anabolic steroids which at the expense of some side effects, will give you some boost in muscle growth. But even with steroids don't expect anything overnight.

You are seriously suggesting she take steroids? That is the craziest thing I've ever heard.

You can't spot reduce fat loss, but weight lifting will help to build muscles in your arms and shoulders, and that will help.

Best arm and shoulder exercises: rows, dumbbell presses, push ups or chest presses, lat pulldowns.

Use heavy weights.

Not sure if vjykmr89 is trolling about eating a lot to get 'fat arms' and to take steroids... That does not sound like sound advice at all.

But what s/he said about fat loss is correct though, we can't just spot reduce our arms so yup, I agree with the other ladies about strength training! That will build muscle and create good shape!
