Turbo, thank you! It's fine, really, and I didn't mean to sound like I was complaining about it. It's just weird and kind of crummy, but nothing that I can't deal with. If my theory is correct, it's not something that can be helped except by getting more accustomed to that level of exercise. I wasn't planning on running today but after a good night's sleep I'm thinking about heading to the gym this afternoon for a short, easy run (I never do short easy runs! Either they're short and tough because I'm trying to push the speed, or long and tough because I'm pushing the distance, lol)... and if my theory is right, I should feel totally fine after.

(Edit: I did exactly that, an easy 2-mile run, and have felt completely fine since). I'm so glad you had a great run today!! It's such a relief and a great feeling to have one of those really good runs after you've had an awful one. It's like, oh yeah, THIS is why I love the running!
philana - It's raining here too, and while I'd actually really like to get outside today instead of doing the treadmill there is NO WAY I'm running in the rain. LOL. I'm right there with you on the wuss thing!
