Default OWWIE! It hurts!

For some reason, whenever I do a move that involves laying on my back and lifting my butt up, I get this most god-awful pain going down the back of my right thigh. It's not there when I do anything else -- just that one move. It feels like the muscle is being stretched too much or something, but this doesn't happen when I do anything else that involves stretching/using my thigh muscles. What could be the problem?

Shooting pain down your thigh sounds like the sciatic nerve. I'm not sure if there's any home remedies for that. Are you warming up well? You may need to get it looked at.

And I wouldn't do that anymore if it hurts. Hope it feels better soon!
