March 2nd - 45 min hydro jog
March 3rd - 60 min Body Pump
March 4th - 45 min spin
March 5th - Rest day (14 hour day at uni, can't fit anything in!)
March 6th - 20 min aerobic workout (my friend and I gave up half way through, naughty!)
March 7th - 60 min pump, 15 mins brisk walking
March 8th - 45 mins spin 20 mins walking dog
March 9th 45 min spin
March 10th - Nothing
March 11th - Nothing
March 12th - Nothing
March 13th - Nothing
March 14th - 60 mins Pump
March 15th - 45 mins spin
March 16th - 45 mins hydro jog
March 17th - 60 mins pump + 40 mins brisk walking
March 18th - 45 mins spin + 20 mins brisk walking
March 19th - 20 mins brisk walking
March 20th - 20 mins brisk walking
March 21st - 20 mins brisk walking + 60 mins Pump
March 22nd - 45 mins spinning
March 23rd - 45 mins spin + 45 mins hydro jog
March 24th - 60 mins Pump NEW RELEASE + 15 mins brisk walking

March 26th - 20mins walk/jog intervals + 20 mins strength training
March 27th - 30 mins walk jog intervals on hills
March 28th - 60mins Pump + 40 mins brisk walking (20mins each way to and from the gym, I love the good weather and light nights making that possible!)
March 29th - 45mins spin + 10 mins non stop jog + 5 mins arm strength work
March 30th - 20 minutes home workout
March 31st - 60 mins pump + 20 mins jog + 20 mins brisk walk with HEAVY shopping bags!
1460/1460 = O minutes to go, yippeeee!
It's been far from a perfect month, but I'm so excited to have got my minutes back on track for the year, even though I had a lazy wobble in the middle of the month!
