    30 minutes to go woohoo! Tonight was tough - while I felt so strong on Monday - I was fighting fatigue today. I guess every day is different, huh?

    We all are doing so great this month! Way to go everyone! Do you think having longer days with sunlight and warmer weather helps you? It's definitely helping me!

    Takingcontrol Yah, my improvement is huge. Tonight I wasn't the one with the heaviest stuff on the bar, but I was pushing myself. It felt harder today - probably because my body is still repairing from Monday.

    loseit I can't believe you don't count weight training and 30 day shred in your exercise total. You do realize that is exercise and probably even more valuable than the cardio, right?

    Nooooooo today it all went wrong! I got home from uni, was getting my stuff ready for hydro jogging and a pre session conventional jog around the park, when my mum called. They're on holiday in their campervan at the moment, and managed to lock themselves out with the keys and dog inside. So I had to drive an hour away to meet my dad who got a lift with a friend staying at the same site.

    So, I missed my class, by the time I got home it was dark and I was starving, so I forced myself to do a hard 20 minutes here, then ate and now I'm exhausted!

    I have an hour pump tomorrow, and will set my alarm to do my C25K before it, and add an extra 10 minutes in somewhere, I WILL MAKE THIS TARGET!!!

  • Well, I haven't been on here for a while, life has been chaotic, hard to find time to exercise, even harder to record it. I think I'm back on track now. I estimate that I have done a total of 53 hours from January-March. I'm thinking that I may actually have done more if I count all of the times I did a major deep cleaning or gardening without recording it. I may drop it down to 50 just to be safe that I'm not overestimating, but I think it is fairly accurate. So, I guess I'm only about 10 hours short. Not too bad. Hopefully, April will be a better month and I can catch up.
