  • I made the mistake of going outside and breathing. Since there's a fine layer of green pollen over everything my allergies have gone nuts. This happens every year about this time. I'll be back when I stop breathing like a fish out of water.

    Today was a tough one for some reason, but I powered through it. I usually do BodyPump on Saturday, but missed up signing up for it on time, so did BodyStep.
  • I wish we had more of the 'Body' TMs at our gym Melissa, I'd love to mix it up more! I'm making yet another effort at starting my jogging career tomorrow, hoping this challenge will help me to keep on track this time!!!!
