There's also a 'Google map pedometer' that you can get through the site...you type in your city and state and a map of your neighborhood comes up and you can trace a route and it gives you the mileage...

Wow...off to look for it now

My friend had crispy string beans. They were crispy like a chip, but you definitely know you are eating a veggie. I'm glad she had them cause I've been wanting to try them. Saved me some money cause I won't be buying them. I was not a fan.

SanityNow 03-20-2012 06:37 PM

Oh I've had those...the first couple are good then they get weird....

PhillyGirl2012 03-20-2012 09:12 PM

OH MY GOODNESS!!

Jill really shouldn't try to kill us cause she would have less people buying her workouts. That workout was totally crazy! I could not do a few of the moves, but muddled through them. My body just doesn't move the way these moves call for. Even with looking at the tv in wonderment I still burned 365 calories. She really ekes out every second on this program. 25 minutes in I really didn't think we would do a 4th circuit. This particular workout was about 36 minutes.

So, I'm getting into making my own salad dressings. I made a Parmesan vinaigrette tonight and it was very good.

Ok, I'm off to clean up the kitchen, shower and relax. Tomorrow is workout 4....pray for me!

Back in the gym saddle today :D Great workout on the treadmill and strength training, with a walk around the outside track to cool down! Very busy this week, so all my up and down flights of stairs and walking around campus will help shed some of my Spring break weight xD

I went back to level 1 tonight. I will try level 2 again when I feel more up to it. I made it through level 2 (barely) but it was so...awkward? I kept fumbling and losing my balance. I just wanted to work out tonight and feel like I am doing something without having to stop every 30 seconds to see what the heck is going on. When I have PMS I don't want to be inconvenienced.

Tomorrow is my day off so it's double exercise. Long fast walk and then Jillian at night.

I just have bad PMS some months and feel like crying for no reason. I just think level 2 seemed so out of my league and at that moment I felt defeated. I'll make it. :)

Thanks for the kind words and support, everyone.

Happy Hump Day!

Let's make good choices today and decide to have a great day!

SanityNow 03-21-2012 08:46 AM

:coffee2: Lets take a moment to acknowledge all the good stuff we've done so far this month, and plan to do something nice for ourselves in April :coffee2:

I got halfway through Bodystrikes yesterday, but started to feel a little ill so took the intensity down and did two miles of Walk Away The Pounds. WATP always makes me nostalgic. When I first began regular exercise my mother-in-law and I walked every morning on the trail, but when it got too hot we switched over to Leslie. Sooo much in my life has changed since then. :dizzy:

I'm taking today as a rest day. TOM has really wiped me out...

PhillyGirl2012 03-21-2012 07:44 PM

Sanity, I couldn't agree more with that statement!

Novangle, I had my friend read your post today and she just shook her head in agreement with everything you wrote. I think she's seeking a holistic remedy.

Bunneh, Walk Away The Pounds is still my go to workout when I want low impact. You can adjust the intensity or dial it down at will. It's a great workout.

So I got my workout done. Upper body is trembling yet again as I type this. Tonight was workout 4 and it was more doable than workout 3. Tomorrow is cardio only...YAY!

I'm off to find nourishment.

Are you talking about anxiety? I wish her luck.

Today was fast walking/jogging outside for 25 minutes. If I don't get too tired here soon I will try to squeeze in Jillian before bed. I should've gotten it done much earlier but I got distracted with other stuff. I'm good on calories today, and everyday...except that one day. :o

ETA: Jillian not gonna happen...BF stopped by, we were yapping too much and now it's too late. Gotta get up for work in the AM. See everyone tomorrow.

SanityNow 03-22-2012 11:48 AM

Hi everybody :coffee2:
I'm in slow-mode today. Focusing on nutrition instead of movement, 'cause I'm tired. But content...scheduled a Pilates class for tonight.

add: I also gotta say that I'm cutting down on 3FC. I'm on this site Way too much, reading all the threads and getting into everyone's business. See you in a couple of weeks

TheBunneh 03-22-2012 06:32 PM

I'm taking today as a rest day as well, feeling ill. Hope everyone has a good night!

novangel 03-22-2012 09:23 PM

I have zero motivation and I am tired after working all day but I am still on for my date with Jillian. ;)

See everyone tomorrow!
