Are you using any Xbox Kinect games as part of your workout? What ones do you like?

I have been looking at the Biggest Loser one. Anybody tried it? Is is something you would use for a long time, or get bored of easily?

I use your shape and dance central. After my workout with yourshape i feel sore but my heartrate doesnt rise so i think its good for strength but not cardio. Dance central is a really fun way to get moving

I use Dance Central and Just Dance 3. Those both get my heart rate going and they are alot of fun. Hubby and I compete in them too which makes it more fun and motivates me to really move.
