I thought that this weekend was a good time to start my new fitness kick! I am planning on doing a 13 mile run tomorrow and hopefully shouldn't find it too difficult...
I'm new-ish to running and plan on hitting the treadmill for a 5 mile run tomorrow. We'll see - normally I do 3, but I've done 5 before and I'm hoping to do it again. Sunday I'll probably do the stationary bike in the evening while I watch tv.
I just started walking on the treadmill this week. I did 2 miles the first day and 2.6 the second day. My mom and I are planning an outdoor walk tomorrow, so I hope to go 3 miles total. Don't want to do too much too fast, or I'll end up hurting and won't want to do anything else.
I plan to do a short steady run Sunday (3km max). My knee is still a bit achey so I have to go easy on it. Do my knee exercises and perhaps yoga Saturday afternoon.
