  • well than, my best advice if you are going to eat so low ( which you prob wont heed anyway) is to focus solely on low intensity exercise, or makeing a concious effort to increase your NEAT (non-exercise activity)

My reason: if you exercise too intensly on a low cal diet, basically while in a SUBSTANTIAL deficit ( im assuming you have a deficit of more than 1000 cals a day) you are going to experience adverse hormone reactions, and adapt metabolically, very quickly... this is kind of like what alot of people refer to as the "starvation mode" (MYTH)

However, putting so much strain on your body is going to cause it to rebel, in many ways, by metabolically adapting. You may notice your hair or nails stop growing (or falls out).
Its very possible you will have disturbances in your menstrual cycle (lose your period altogether, even)
injuries that wont heal ( even a scraped knee... just wont seem to heal)
    lower basal body temperature
    lower overall caloric burn

Your body WILL adapt..... it will shut down process that arent VITAL because it needs every last calorie just to keep the vital things going.......

I am NOT saying 1200 is bad, or wrong, but you really have to keep any exercise low key (ie; walking, OR strength training to maintain muscle mass--- straight sets, lots of rest between, etc)

When im in fat loss mode, ALL exercise stops (except what i mentioned above) and i eat as low as i possibly can (between 1000-1200) that is the only way my body will release the fat. It wont be under as much stress...

My two cents, from my own experiences and knowledge, for what its worth
