  • I like pop-rocky type music with a good beat to keep me going. Today was a mix of Bon Jovi, Paolo Nutini and Hot Hot Heat. When I'm outside walking I like listening to audiobooks. They really help me lose myself in my head. Not great in a noisy gym though.

  • Thanks so much everyone for the great suggestions...I now have 2 new awesome playlists...anddd I had a great workout last night!!!
  • Killers, Rhianna, PitBull, Ratatat, Hot Chip, Britney Spears, Madonna, and Lady Gaga are some of my usual sources for my workout playlist. Lately, I have been going to a site called Run Hundred when I need some inspiration to mix up my playlist. Songs are organized by beats per minute, you can listen to samples, and even vote if they are songs you would workout to.
