I have several different Leslie Sansone dvds that I vary depending on my mood.You can choose from many levels and they break them up in segments so you can do 1 mile, 2 miles, etc at a time. Low impact but effective!! An dit goes by really quickly!
yes comcast on demand channel i've been told about. also on fittv.com. and youtube. cheap dvds at used book stores, cd stores, yard sales, ebay, etc. i've bought alot of billy blanks stuff exactly like that. some old vhs for 0.50 each. new dvds in the plastic for $3-5 including ebay. i'd pick 3 days a week for good strength training and the other days for different cardio routines. lots of variety for when you get bored.
